EVA VELDHOEN

About
My designs are based on the shape and principles of the fan. These ideas found expression in the scenery and accessories of fashion shows, theatre productions and later as autonomous art works.
I chose this shape as the symbol of life:
Like the sun, the beams radiating from the heart, there is a core and a periphery, and like life, it changes form.
In Paris I showed my work, among others, to Paloma Picasso, the studio of Karl Lagerfeld and Christian Lacroix.
